Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Friends Hostel Kutaisi, all reservations made through our website are non-refundable.

Booking Cancellation

Guests may cancel their reservation at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle the guest to a refund of any amount already paid.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

Once a reservation has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, no refunds will be issued for:

• Cancellation by the guest;

• Early departure;

• No-show;

• Changes to the reservation dates;

• Unused accommodation services.

Refunds may only be issued if required by applicable law or in the event of a technical payment error resulting in duplicate or incorrect charges.

No-show

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and does not notify the hostel in advance, the reservation will be considered a no-show. As all reservations are non-refundable, no refund will be provided.
